Skincare Money Back Guarantee
We want you to buy with confidence and be satisfied with your H&Z purchase. We are so confident that you'll love your Hark & Zander products that if you're unhappy with your skincare we'll give you a refund for a full 30 days (maximum usage 20% of the product) after purchase. (New Zealand customers only).
There are a few things to note:
-Email us first at hello@harkandzander.com and send us some before and after photos so we can understand your concerns.
-The refund does not include the cost of shipping. Additionally, shipping the item back to us in Auckland is your responsibility.
-One refund per product.
We genuinely want to know if things go wrong, so please tell us so we can do our best to fix it. We value your feedback, it helps us to continuously improve.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@harkandzander.com if the item is damaged. Help us help you by sending a photo of the product to accompany your enquiry. To be eligible for a return, your item must reach us within 30 days of purchase, be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We're replace it for you pronto!
Incorrect Order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@harkandzander.com if you have received an incorrect order. We'll sort it out immediately.
Missing Item
If your item is missing, please contact us at hello@harkandzander.com and we will try to track the product on your behalf. You can also do this directly from the shipping details provided when you made your order.
The Process for Returns and Refunds
To return your product, please contact us at hello@harkandzander.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Where a refund is due, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment gateway to process the refund.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We reserve the right to cancel the guarantee where we believe a customer has acted dishonestly.
